It scientifically guides waste gases for more even spraying. The addition of highly activated plant extract enhances the absorption of malodorous molecules in the waste gases, significantly improving the tower's absorption efficiency. It removes waste gas molecules and odors, increases the interception rate of solid substances (dust, paste), and the plant extract reduces the stickiness of solid substances, making equipment cleaning easier. It is widely used in industries such as painting, printing, chemicals, electronics, asphalt, machinery, electrical appliances, wastewater, garbage, plastic granulation, and laboratories. Operating Principle Wet waste gas is introduced into the purification tower through the duct, passing through the packing layer where it undergoes a complete gas-liquid contact absorption and neutralization reaction with sodium hydroxide absorbent solution. After purification, the wet waste gas is further dehumidified and defogged by a defogging plate before being exhausted into the atmosphere by a blower. The absorbent solution is pressurized by a pump at the bottom of the tower and sprayed down from the top, eventually returning to the bottom for recirculation. The purified wet waste gas meets the emission requirements of the Guangdong Province local standards, which are lower than the national emission standards.
