This significantly improves the tower's absorption efficiency, removing exhaust molecules and odors, and increases the interception rate of solid substances (dust, paste). The plant extract reduces the viscosity of solid substances, making equipment cleaning convenient. It is widely used in industries such as spraying, chemicals, electronics, asphalt, machinery, electrical appliances, wastewater treatment, garbage, plastic granulation, and laboratories. Working Principle Acid mist waste gas is introduced into the purification tower through ducts, passes through the filling layer, and undergoes a full contact absorption and neutralization reaction with the absorbent liquid. After purification, the acid mist waste gas is further dehumidified and defogged by a demister plate before being exhausted into the atmosphere by a fan. The absorbent liquid is pressurized at the bottom of the tower by a pump and then sprayed down from the top, recycling back to the bottom of the tower. The purified acid mist waste gas meets local emission standards and is below the national emission standards.
