The principle involves using a zeolite wheel adsorption unit to adsorb harmful gases, then transferring the adsorbed substances to a catalytic combustion unit, where high-temperature catalytic combustion converts the harmful gases into harmless carbon dioxide and water. Compared to activated carbon adsorption, the higher desorption temperature of zeolite effectively blows off high-molecular organic substances.

The entire system consists of two parts: a Zeolite Wheel Adsorption Unit and a Catalytic Combustion Unit. Firstly, the waste gas is passed through the Zeolite Wheel Adsorption Unit, where the molecular sieve material on the surface of the Zeolite Wheel can adsorb harmful substances in the gas, such as , ethanol, etc. After a certain period of adsorption, the adsorption saturation of the Zeolite Wheel will gradually increase, necessitating a replacement or regeneration of the Zeolite Wheel.

Through the action of catalysts, the gases in the gas phase are converted into harmless substances such as water and carbon dioxide. The internal structure of the catalytic combustion unit typically employs honeycomb ceramic catalysts, with the pore size and surface morphology of the ceramic material being the main factors determining the catalyst's activity. Under high temperatures, the reaction active centers formed by the catalysts adsorb harmful substances, which, after a certain reaction, convert the harmful substances into substances such as water and CO2. The catalytic combustion product contains up to 95% or more of greenhouse gas carbon dioxide.
