Chengdu Konwei Wood Industry Co., Ltd. was established in April 2015 as a comprehensive wood industry company specializing in production, sales, installation, and after-sales services. Our portfolio includes floor brands like Konwei and Xin Hongji. We have our own production facility in the Qingbaijiang Dacheng Industrial Park in Chengdu, covering an area of approximately 16,000 square meters, with an annual production capacity of around 2 million square meters. Over the years of our striving, we've seized market opportunities and grown into a modern, standardized, and professional wooden floor producer.

Equipment

In 2015, the company invested heavily in purchasing two fully automatic solid wood flooring presses and two complete groove lines.

In 2018, we replaced one complete slotting line, two sealing wax lines, and added one varnishing line.

In 2019, we replaced the central dust collector, spark detection explosion-proof device, and added a new multi-layer press. We also remodeled a 400㎡ office and sample showcase area.

In 2020, we replaced two new presses, one complete slotting line, one low-carbon gas boiler, four new forklifts, one automated cross-cut saw, and added one automated multi-head saw.

Conway Wood Industries has introduced state-of-the-art automated production equipment, achieving digital and automated management for a modern manufacturing enterprise.
