Cabinet and Drawer Door Panels: Made from 1.0mm SUS304 stainless steel plate, these panels are precision-cut, stamped, bent, and gas-welded using specialized machinery. The surface is treated with a polishing process, offering resistance to strong acids and alkalis, corrosion, impact, and high tensile strength. The steel surface is flat and smooth, with no visible weld marks, bubbles, dents, indentations, scratches, cracks, pitting, burrs, or sharp edges. Drilling positions are determined by molds, and burrs should be removed from cutting, drilling, and chamfering.
Three Guide Rails: Equipped with Guangdong Xinghui ABC brand suspended ball screw guides, capable of withstanding a pressure of 30 kg, mold-formed for easy expansion and contraction, and able to pause at any space.
The rear panel is designed to be removable to facilitate the installation and daily maintenance of water, electricity, and gas.
