Side Stirrer
Utilizing a high-speed rotating axial flow mixer, powered by belt drive or reducer to achieve high rotational speeds, it is installed at the bottom of the tank to propel the entire material movement, ensuring non-settling mixing. Generally used for large mixers such as desulfurization tower mixing or in cases where the tank is very tall and top-feeding mixing is not suitable. The advantage of side mixing is its compact size and ease of installation, but the drawback is the high sealing requirements for the tank, as well as a short maintenance cycle for the seal.
