Spray Tower Operation Principle: Spray TowerUtilizing a circular tower structure, it is specifically composed of a storage tank, tower body, air inlet, spray layer, swirl demisting layer, exhaust cone cap, inspection holes, and more. Waste gases enter the spray tower from the bottom inlet via a duct, pass through the spray layer, and are fully contacted and absorbed by the absorption liquid in a gas-liquid two-phase process. After being purified, the waste gases are then dehumidified and discharged into the atmosphere by a fan. The tower is equipped with multiple spray layers, which increase the gas-liquid contact area and time, allowing for full contact between the exhaust gases and water both inside the tower and on the plates. The absorption liquid is pressurized by a pump at the bottom of the tower and sprayed from the top, before being recycled back to the bottom for continuous use.
