Design of a Cyclone TowerPrinciple

Turbulent TowerThe design utilizes the centrifugal force of the cyclone separator to separate large particles and fibrous materials from the dust, which then fall into the dust collector box from top to bottom. Some fine and light dust particles are further directed through the top duct into the water-washing cyclone tower, where they are propelled against the tower walls by centrifugal force and collected by a flowing absorbent liquid from top to bottom. As the dust particles pass rapidly through the cyclone tower plates, the absorbent liquid on the blades is blown into tiny droplets. The dust particles, absorbent liquid, and droplets collide and intercept each other due to mechanistic actions such as collision and interception.Particle size continuously increases. Under the guidance of the cyclone tower plate, the rotational movement intensifies, generating strong centrifugal force. Dust is easily detached from the exhaust gas and flung towards the tower wall, where it is gravity-fed to the bottom of the tower, achieving gas-solid separation. For the fine dust particles in the exhaust gas, it is impossible to capture all of them after passing through the tower plates; some dust particles escape. After passing through multiple tower plates, the fine dust particles coalesce, increasing in mass and are then captured and separated. They are then introduced into the upper multi-sided sphere adsorption filtration layer for moisture removal. Due to the large surface area of the multi-sided spheres, they have strong adsorption capabilities. The filtered gas is then discharged outdoors through a vacuum fan.
