Product Introduction

 

The XBD/GJ-BYSJ type axial flow deep well fire pumps (long shaft deep well fire pumps, vertical axial flow deep well fire pumps, electric vertical long shaft turbine fire pumps, diesel engine deep well long shaft fire pumps) produced by Shanghai Beiyang Pump Industry Co., Ltd. are vertical long shaft fire pumps optimized based on the performance of the original HRZL/x vertical long shaft pumps. They are particularly suitable for fire water supply in workshop buildings of industrial and mining enterprises. The performance and technical conditions of the pump meet the requirements of the newly issued GB6245-2006 "Fire Pumps" standard. The product has passed testing by the National Fire Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, emergency management center certification, as well as the fire inspection report for "Implementing Rules for Compulsory Product Certification of Fire Extinguishing Equipment Products," CCCF-MHSB-08 "Implementing Measures for Compulsory Product Certification of Fire Extinguishing Equipment Products (Fire Water Supply Equipment Products)."

 



 

Advantages of the XBD new series vertical long shaft fire pump:

 

1. Introducing the U.S. company's hydraulic model and mechanical design, incorporating new technologies such as Ashland's Core Technology, epoxy coating on the blade channel sections, and selecting imported NTN bearings for components to minimize bearing wear, capable of withstanding 120 degrees Celsius of high temperature; along with Germany's Eger Borgmann mechanical seal, offering a long service life.

 

2. Equipped with a sand ejection ring, the labyrinthine structure prevents sand particles from entering the bearing.

Principle of Operation and Structure Description

 

The working principle of the pump: The motor drives the impeller rotating underwater via the shaft, where the fluid gains energy through the impeller. Afterward, the fluid changes direction through the guide vanes and flows vertically upward along the channel between the inner and outer tubes. It then exits horizontally through the outlet bend.

 

This pump is composed of two parts: the central rotating element and the pump body. The rotating element consists of a impeller, shaft, sleeve-type rigid coupling (coupling and coupling sleeve), bearings, and elastic pin coupling. The pump body is made up of a filter screen, space guide vanes, outer tube, inner tube, rubber bearing bracket, base, outlet bend pipe, bearing housing, and motor mount.

 

The entire pump section is connected to the outlet bend pipe, fixed through the bottom plate. The rotating body components, above, are connected to the outlet bend pipe via the upper double-roller bearings and the middle guide bearing components, all fixed through the bottom plate. They are supported by the double-roller bearings above the rotating body components, the middle guide bearing components, and the lower guide bearing components within the space guide vanes. Simultaneously, clean lubricating water is continuously injected through the lubricating water pipe on the gland side (the inner pipe can be omitted if the medium is pure water), lubricating and cooling the guide bearings (PFC) along the flow passage area between the inner pipe and the shaft... This is the key to the vertical long shaft pump's ability to operate normally under harsh conditions such as transporting media containing solid particles.
