Product Features:
Early strength, high strength: Compressive strength of 30-50 MPa can be achieved in 1-3 days.
2. High self-leveling: Can fill all voids, meeting the requirements for secondary grouting of the equipment.
3. Micro-expansive: Ensures tight contact between the equipment and foundation, no shrinkage after secondary grouting. High bonding strength, with grip force not less than 6Mpa with round steel.
4. Suitable for winter construction: Outdoor work is permitted at temperatures as low as -10℃.
5. Excellent Durability: This product is an inorganic binder material with a service life exceeding that of conventional concrete. After millions of fatigue tests and 50 freeze-thaw cycles, there is no significant change in strength. The strength is notably improved after being soaked in engine oil for 30 days.
Product Application:
1. Suitable for equipment foundation grouting, such as machine bases and anchor bolts.
2. Reinforcement, emergency repairs, and strengthening of building beams, slabs, columns, foundations, pavements, and roads.
3. Anchoring and structural reinforcement for foundation bolts and rebars are available.

Recommended Usage:
Based on a reference dosage calculation of 2.28 to 2.4 tons per cubic meter, calculate the actual usage.
It's precisely because the grouting material has a high strength, far exceeding that of cement, and alters the shrinkage characteristics of cement during curing that it is called high-strength, non-shrink grouting material!
Grouting materials may not be as good as CGM Grouting Material, DGM, High Strength Non-Shrink Grouting Material, etc. These are determined based on the standards of different architectural research institutes, and do not represent the quality of the products. Specific usage should be tested.
How to Construct:
1. Prepare mixers, grouting equipment, molds, and maintenance materials. Clean the grouting area and moisten the concrete surface in advance.
2. Set up formwork and seal the joints with cement (sand) mortar and plastic tape to ensure no leakage or seepage.
3. Add water to the slurry at a rate of 12-15% of its weight and mix (mechanical mixing for 2-3 minutes, manual mixing for over 5 minutes).
4. Pour the well-mixed grout into the grouting area from one direction. Use bamboo sticks or steel rods for guidance if necessary, and gently tap or vibrate the formwork as needed.
5. After completion of construction, immediately cover with a plastic film and then cover with straw mats or cotton blankets for moist curing for 3-7 days.
