Curbs must be strung out for construction, with the side and top surface height lines pulled tight, and the side curbs laid according to the line. The side curbs must be installed properly, avoiding any forward or backward tilt. The top line of the side should be straight, smooth, and even, with no irregularities in height or misalignment.
