The working principle of a constant temperature ultrasonic cleaner:
High-frequency oscillating signals emitted by an ultrasonic generator are converted into high-frequency mechanical oscillations by a transducer, propagating through the medium and cleaning fluid. The ultrasonic waves radiate alternately in the cleaning fluid, causing oscillations that produce numerous tiny bubbles. These bubbles form and grow in the negative pressure zone of the longitudinal ultrasonic propagation and quickly collapse in the positive pressure zone. During the process known as "cavitation," the rapid closure of bubbles generates a transient high pressure exceeding 1000 atmospheres, continuously impacting the surface of objects, rapidly stripping away dirt and impurities from the surface and crevices, achieving the purpose of cleaning the surface.
