This system features a 19-inch standard rack-mounted structure, easily installable in cabinets with an aesthetically pleasing design. It offers remote control functionality, allowing PC-based software to remotely operate the LED display and internal equipment such as air conditioners and fans. It can also monitor the internal environmental temperature and fire conditions in real-time, with corresponding alarm notifications.
Embedded LED Display Screen with Intelligent Power Management System is an integrated management platform for rapid and convenient monitoring of application environment data and power control for display screens. Equipped with a high-speed processor, this core processor offers high performance and reliability required for industrial and embedded control applications. It enables you to quickly and conveniently monitor external data of the LED display system and remotely control the intelligent power, providing robust and reliable protection for the system.
Performance and Advantages
1. Features overload protection, short-circuit protection, optional fire alarm protection, electrical box over-temperature protection, and display screen over-temperature interlock protection functions.
2. Automatically delays power-on in a stepped manner to effectively reduce inrush current, supports one-touch full power-off, and also allows individual channel control.
3. Comes with a matching PC control software, enabling remote control of power on/off, allows for setting up to 8 groups of scheduled power on/off tasks, and allows for viewing operation logs.
4. Operators can directly operate the buttons on the equipment panel to activate the one-touch start button and the one-touch stop button.
5. The Open Control Protocol is controlled by the central control equipment, supporting RS232, RS485, and TCP/IP communication.
6. Equipped with a 5-port power input, 6-way 20A industrial socket plug main output, and 2-way standard socket auxiliary output, wiring can be completed without opening the electrical box.
(7) Featuring a 6-channel bypass switch, this allows for the shutdown of power to the display screen even when the equipment malfunctions, ensuring the screen can be powered on or off at any time. (This feature is intended for emergency use only and is not a standard function.)
