The K series is structurally more complex. Although bevel gears are known for their noise reduction, vibration dampening, lightweight, and cost-effectiveness, which are beneficial for enhancing overall load-bearing capacity and tool life, they require precise matching with various conditions and have longer design and manufacturing cycles. Sometimes, a custom splined hollow shaft is needed, sometimes a hollow shaft locking disk must be installed on the base, and sometimes a specially designed flange hollow shaft is required.
