The K series is structurally more complex. While bevel gears are known for their noise reduction, vibration reduction, lightweight, and cost-effectiveness, which benefits the overall load-bearing capacity and tool life, they require precise mating specifications and a variety of conditions. The design and manufacturing cycle is also longer. Sometimes, a custom spline hollow shaft is needed, sometimes a hollow shaft retaining disk must be installed at the base, and sometimes a specially designed flange hollow shaft is required.
