Material Assessment and Rectification: Please provide us with the certification documents for assessment, and we will propose targeted rectification plans.
Flammability Test in Laboratory: Upon completion of the documentation adjustment, we will send the product to a laboratory for flammability testing.
Issue Test Report: A detailed explosion-proof test report will be provided upon completion of the test.
Issue Explosion-Proof Certificate: If the product meets the relevant standards, the explosion-proof certification body will issue an explosion-proof certificate.
The test items include structural inspection, temperature testing, thermal shock test, thermal and cold resistance tests, impact resistance test, IP testing, shell pressure resistance test, internal ignition non-explosive test, and thermal tests, among others.
