Construction project progress management is a crucial part of the management work for construction enterprises. The effectiveness of progress control not only affects the project's timeline but also its quality and cost, making in-depth research on progress control highly significant. Any out-of-province enterprise that bids or constructs in Beijing is required to complete the procedures for registering in Beijing. The process of obtaining this registration is complex and intricate, with each step demanding complete and qualified documentation to smoothly acquire the permit for registering in Beijing.
All required documents are as follows:
1. Company's internal work regulations;
2. Policy and regulation宣讲records provided by the Provincial Construction Administration Department (require signature and seal)
3. Original and stamped copy of the enterprise legal person's license.
4. Certificate copies (original and stamped photocopies)
5. Copy of Safety Production License (original and stamped copy)
6. Authorization Letter for Legal Representative (signed by the legal representative and stamped with the official seal)
7. Registered Constructor: Photocopies with official seal, B card + Constructor + Practice Seal + Employment Contract and photocopies with official seal; original photo.
8. Company seal, finance seal, legal person seal (the company seal and finance seal should be locally registered seals; all three seals are made of hard materials such as copper, horn, and wood).
9. Open mutual permits, valid organization code, corporate resume; if the legal person cannot attend, an authorization letter to the responsible person in Beijing can be provided.
10. A minimum of one-year or more rental contract is required for the office space in Beijing.
The application process is as follows:
Step One: Initial enterprises entering Beijing must apply for a Beijing Record Enterprise account on the relevant website.
Step 2: Log into the Hebei Construction Industry Enterprise Management Information System, complete the basic enterprise information, and upload the other required documents as specified; upload them in the required format to avoid affecting the quality of the report.
Three Steps: Fill out and upload as required, then submit.
Four Steps: Verify original documents on-site.
