Cast Iron镶Copper Sluice GateIt features a unique outer arc design, with a rational structure and even distribution of force. Made from gray cast iron or ductile iron, or stainless steel, the water-stopping sealing surface is lined with copper strips or rubber. After precise machining and finishing, it achieves a flat contact seal, demonstrating excellent sealing performance. In case the sealing and water-stopping performance degrades, it can be resolved by adjusting the wedge block mechanism.
Cast Iron镶Copper Square Gate
The cast iron镶copper square gate consists of components such as the door frame, gate plate, guide rail, sealing strip, transmission screw, lifting block nut/ear, and adjustable sealing mechanism, among which both the door frame and gate plate are made of cast iron. The guide rails are made of gray cast iron or ductile iron, arranged symmetrically on both sides and secured with stainless steel bolts and locating pins to the door frame's ends (for gates with medium to small diameters, the guide rails can be cast integrally with the door frame). The length of the guide rail is generally 1/2 to 1/3 of the full opening height of the gate, resulting in a highly strong, rigid, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and high-pressure-bearing structure.
2. Sealing is achieved through wedging with a wedge block device, utilizing materials such as copper alloys or rubber, which are then precisely machined and paired for research, ensuring excellent sealing properties.
3. Featuring pre-buried steel plate or bolt installation, it offers ease in installation, debugging, operation, and maintenance, with a long service life.
A wide variety of species and specifications, with broad adaptability.
5. The gate, when used with the actuator, serves as the working section, while the actuator is the component responsible for opening and closing the gate. The actuator is powered by human force, an electric motor, or pneumatic and hydraulic mechanisms, which drive the transmission gears, worm gears, and worms. This motion drives the transmission nut or screw, causing the gate shaft to move vertically up and down, thereby opening or closing the gate to control water flow, shut off water, or adjust water levels.
