Abstract:Low-voltage enclosed busbars are critical components of power supply and distribution systems, installed at high altitudes within production workshops, where maintenance and repair are challenging. Poor installation or inadequate maintenance can lead to frequent malfunctions. Abnormal changes in the temperature of the busbar connectors are closely related to the occurrence of busbar faults. Taking the whole vehicle manufacturing factory as an example, we propose a busbar joint monitoring system with accurate and stable temperature measurement capabilities.
