By passing water through an ion exchange resin column, the positive and negative ions in the water can be adsorbed onto the resin, resulting in deionized water.


    The process for preparing deionized water is as follows:


    Ensure equipment cleanliness and pollution-free. First, prepare the ion exchange resin column and insert it into the dedicated ion exchange column bracket.


    Connect the water source to the inlet of the ion exchange resin column, adjust the inlet valve to allow water to pass through the resin column slowly.


    Before water enters the resin column, it may be necessary to pass it through a pretreatment device, such as a deionized water unit or a reverse osmosis system, to remove particles and organic matter from the water.


    After a period of time, observe the water quality at the outlet. If the water quality meets the requirements, it is deionized water and can be collected.
