Craned shot blasting machines may encounter some issues during operation, leading to equipment failure and inability to continue use. However, some minor problems can be resolved by the customers. Today, we'll briefly introduce the main points.

Overabundance of steel shots in dust collector fines

Action: Adjust the air outlet damper moderately when the airflow is too high until it ensures dust removal without producing steel sand.

Second, the clearing effect is not satisfactory.

Action: 1. Due to insufficient supply of steel shot, a moderate addition is recommended.

2. The blasting nozzle direction is incorrect; adjust the orientation of the nozzle collar according to the user manual.

During the lifting process, there is a phenomenon of slippage when the lifting machine feeds material.

Action: Adjust the drive wheel, tighten the belt

Four: The separating equipment is producing abnormal sounds.

Action: Loose bolts inside and out, tighten belts

Five: The spiral conveyor is not conveying sand.

Measure: Check if the wiring is correct, whether it is reversed.

Six: Failure to start, stop, or operate machinery as per regulations

Action: 1. Routine inspections and replacements for burnt electronic components

2. Excessive dust and grime in the electrical box, leading to poor contact on the electrical interfaces.

3. Time relay failure occurred; replacement of time relay is in progress. Strictly prohibited from adjusting the time while driving.

Issue 7: Hooks not rotating or rubber wheels slipping

Action: 1. Remove parts exceeding the standard weight requirements

2. The spacing between the reducer's rubber wheel and the hook is not reasonable; adjust the self-rotating structure.

3. Gearbox or wiring issues; routine inspection of the gearbox and wiring

Hanging hooks exhibit limited mobility during up and down movements.

Action: 1. Limit switch or travel switch damaged, perform routine inspection and replacement.

2. The electric hoist has been damaged; inspect and repair the damaged parts.

3. The load being lifted by the hook is too light.

Nine: The mechanical vibration of the shot blasting machine is quite significant.

Action: 1. Severe blade wear and imbalance in operation require the replacement of blades for corresponding components to maintain balance.

2. The impeller is severely worn out, and a replacement impeller is being installed.

3. The shot-blasting machine's fixing bolts have become loose; tighten the bolts.

Ten: There is an abnormal sound inside the shot blaster.

Action: 1. Sand specifications not meeting requirements leading to sand jamming; replacement with qualified steel sand is in progress.

2. The inner guard plate of the shot blasting machine has become loose, causing friction with the impeller or impeller blades. Adjust the guard plate.

Eleven: Inconsistent shot blasting quantity

Action: 1. Adjust the amount of supply opening

2. Adjust the gap of the sand regulation plate on the separator equipment to ensure even flow curtain distribution.
