Based on the hydrostatics law, Pascal's Law: In an incompressible stationary fluid, when any point is subjected to an external force, the resulting increase in pressure is transmitted instantaneously to all points within the stationary fluid.
The liquid expansion fixture utilizes static pressure expansion technology. After applying pressure to the fixture, the hydraulic medium, under the action of the pressure mechanism, generates pressure, forcing the deforming elements of the fixture to uniformly produce elastic deformation in a 360° circumferential direction, thus achieving tightness for the workpiece's locating holes/axes. The liquid expansion fixture can simultaneously achieve workpiece location and torque transmission, providing users with excellent reliability and safety. It can also achieve variable diameter clamping by selecting different diameter sleeves to meet the requirements of flexible production, allowing for flexible adjustment and rapid assembly, reducing changeover time, improving production efficiency, and lowering costs. It has also resolved the precision processing issue for high-precision workpieces.
