This unit utilizes a large-area sandwich heating method, featuring a large heat transfer surface and high thermal efficiency.
The machine is set for stirring, creating a continuous recirculation of materials inside the drum, which further enhances the evenness of material heating.
The machine is equipped with a mixing function, allowing for smooth drying of paste-like, cream-like, and paste materials.

This unit is a novel horizontal intermittent vacuum drying equipment. Wet material is evaporated by conduction, continuously cleared by a scraper mixer from the hot surface, and pushed to form a recirculating flow within the container. After the moisture evaporates, it is extracted by the vacuum pump.

Material drying for food, chemical, and other industries:
