Aggregate batching measurement

• The aggregate hopper is equipped with a grating screen to filter out oversized materials.

• The belt scale uses variable frequency speed control to ensure aggregate flow. Belt tension and neutralization are adjustable for smooth operation.

• For materials with high adhesion and tendency to bridge, an optional de-bridging device is available for efficient stripping.

• The cement silo can be optionally equipped with a pulse jet bag dust collector/core filter dust collector, offering high dust removal efficiency and low cost for later maintenance.
