2. Due to the harsh working conditions of the blender, the blades should be replaced when the area of wear is less than two-thirds of the original size. Apply a small amount of grease to the transmission gears of the blender before starting each day.

3. Clean the tension bolts of each belt and belt feeder machine once a week, and apply fresh lubricant. Open the covers of the drive chains once, and apply a small amount of lubricant to the chains. At the batching station and the stabilized soil batching station, clean the chains after every 300 hours of operation.
