Aluminum ceiling tiles typically refer to aluminum sheets with a thickness of less than 1.2mm.

The key to aluminum ceiling panels is not their thickness, but the material used. For residential use, 0.6MM of sheet material is sufficient, as aluminum ceiling panels do not have the span issues like steel-plastic sheets. The key choice lies in the panel's elasticity and toughness, followed by surface treatment.

Aluminum Composite Panel

Aluminum composite panels typically refer to aluminum sheets with a thickness of 1.5mm or more.

Utilizing aluminum alloy panels as the base material, with advanced CNC bending technology, we ensure that the sheets remain flat and undistorted after processing. They exhibit superior resistance to external forces during installation, a uniform surface finish, UV resistance, antioxidant properties, and corrosion resistance.

The material technology for ceiling systems is constantly evolving. The first generation was gypsum board and mineral wool board; the second generation was PVC; and the third generation is metal ceilings. Aluminum-manganese alloy panels have slightly better strength and rigidity than aluminum-magnesium alloy but are slightly weaker in antioxidant capabilities. Aluminum alloy panels contain less manganese and magnesium, resulting in significantly lower strength and rigidity compared to aluminum-magnesium and aluminum-manganese alloys, with average antioxidant properties.

Aluminum-plastic composite panel

Aluminum-plastic composite panels are a composite material made by processing coated aluminum sheets, chemically treated, as the surface material, with polyethylene plastic as the core material, and then manufactured on specialized aluminum-plastic panel production equipment.

The unique properties of aluminum-plastic composite panels determine their wide-ranging applications: They are used for building facades, curtain walls, renovation of old buildings, interior wall and ceiling finishes, advertising signs, display stands, and purification and dust prevention projects. Aluminum-plastic composite panels are widely used domestically and are considered a new type of building decoration material.
