HG-U700 Ultra-Thin Gauge Thickness Tester

I. Product Features:

1. Employing the "Chaff Navigation" technology, this equipment not only achieves ultra-thin measurement capabilities, with steel thickness up to 0.15mm (the minimum for conventional ultrasonic thickness gauges is 1mm, this one reaches 0.15mm, solving the issue of measuring thin plates from 0.15mm to 1mm).

2. On the other hand, it can achieve high-precision thickness measurement with a resolution of up to 0.001mm.

Features: High measurement accuracy and pointer accuracy

(Features: High precision, high resolution, ±0.005mm (below 3mm), ±0.01mm (below 20mm))

Features: Utilizes high-speed imported chips, paired with high-frequency oscillators to achieve a measurement accuracy of 0.005mm.

3. Three measurement modes: I-E mode, E-E mode, and automatic mode

Features: IE: Bottom Echo-Return mode for conventional thick workpiece measurement (side mode used by standard thickness gauges)

Echo-Echo mode meets 0.15mm workpiece measurement, unaffected by bottom echo and calibration, ensuring ultra-high precision resolution of 0.001mm.

4. Measureable through the surface coating.

(Features: capable of measuring workpiece thickness through coatings, e.g., paint)

5. Place the probe on the thickness gauge sample and press the button for automatic zeroing.

6. Features LED backlit display for easy visibility in bright and low-light conditions.

7. Features sound velocity calibration (reverse sound velocity measurement) function, enabling the reverse calculation of sound velocity with known workpiece thickness.

8. IE mode single-point calibration feature ensures data stability during measurement (no calibration required in EE mode).

9. Alarm settings and differential mode setup are available.

Features (adjustable thickness range, automatic alarm when exceeding upper and lower limits)

Difference Mode: Enter the known workpiece thickness value, and it will display the actual thickness difference of the workpiece (e.g., if the thickness is 10mm and it measures 9.8mm, the displayed difference in Difference Mode is -0.2mm).

10. Imperial to Metric Conversion

Features: Switchable units of measurement between millimeters (mm) and inches (in), catering to the needs of domestic and international enterprises.

11. Divide into 5 arrays, each containing 100 values, capable of storing, viewing, and deleting up to 500 thickness values.

Features: 500 value storage capability, viewable and deletable

12. Stores the sound velocities of 5 different materials, allowing for quick switching between common materials such as steel, aluminum, copper, and plastic.

13. Utilizing imported 15MHz Φ6 single crystal delay probe, with a 6mm diameter and replaceable delay block probe.

14. Optional small diameter 4mm probe (range: 0.15mm—5mm) for measuring in thin pipes and confined spaces.
