The Bo Sheng KT-10 steel blackening liquid at room temperature is a new generation of steel blackening liquid developed by our company's surface technology expert Dr. Gang Tian, who integrates American technology research and development. The product is a pale purple liquid, characterized by its fine film formation, strong adhesion, absence of floating black residue, and excellent corrosion resistance.
In addition to the aforementioned quality advantages, Bosheng Brand steel blackening liquid at room temperature also boasts less sedimentation and higher processing capacity. Compared to traditional room temperature blackening liquids for steel, through our technology and the addition of special additives, we significantly reduce the sedimentation produced during the blackening process, which is only about one-fifth of the traditional room temperature blackening liquid. The generation of sedimentation unnecessarily consumes a large amount of effective components, and the substantial reduction in sedimentation naturally enhances the blackening efficiency. This is the key to our product's ability to achieve high processing capacity.
Traditional steel blackening solutions, regardless of how they are concentrated or diluted, are limited by technology and typically yield blackening volumes between 3 to 7 square meters, with around 9 square meters being the maximum. Traditional blackening solutions commonly suffer from severe "post-settling" phenomena, which refers to the continued formation of a large amount of sediment even after the solution is no longer in use. Experimental results indicate that during the blackening process, traditional blackening solutions can lose up to 40% to 60% of their effective components due to sedimentation and post-settling. This is the fundamental reason for the lower efficiency and higher cost of traditional blackening processes.
Our newly launched KT-10 steel at-room-temperature blackening solution boasts minimal sedimentation, and with the addition of special reductants and sedimentation inhibitors, it significantly reduces post-sedimentation phenomena. This represents a significant breakthrough in at-room-temperature blackening technology, effectively enhancing efficiency and reducing costs. Each kilogram of the blackening solution can cover up to 18-22 square meters, far exceeding traditional at-room-temperature blackening products, making at-room-temperature blackening a truly high-quality, cost-effective practical process.
