To ensure the smooth operation and extend the service life of the electric wire winding machine, it is essential to strengthen the maintenance and care of the machine. Operators must be familiar with the structure and performance of the entire mechanical system and proficient in operating procedures.
The allowable load on the reel is 3T: 3000 kg at slow rotation, 1800 kg at fast rotation; 5T at slow rotation is 5000 kg, and 2500 kg at fast rotation. Do not exceed the load capacity.
The variable speed gear box must maintain 1/4 of lubricating oil.
To prevent gear skipping, spring steel balls are installed inside the shift fork for the purpose of gear positioning. Therefore, when in use, it is important to check if the spring steel balls are securely seated. If not, the spring must be replaced before use.
Regular inspections of the wear condition of the rubber wood on both automatic and interlocked brakes are necessary. The rotation and return clearance of the automatic brake gears should be 0.5 millimeters. If it exceeds 1 millimeter, the rubber wood must be replaced to prevent brake failure and accidents.
The automatic braking device is located within the variable speed gear box. During the lifting process, the automatic braking gears emit a rhythmic "clack, clack, clack" sound, indicating that the speed gears are functioning properly. No such sound is heard when the gear is released.
The seat anchoring method: The anchoring point is at the bearing bracket on both sides of the drum (with two holes); anchoring at any other location is not permitted.
The locking pin of the sleeve bearing must be matched with the corresponding hole; it is strictly prohibited to use any other screws in place of the locking pin.
The variable speed gearbox housing is made of aluminum alloy casting, and the screws should not be over-tightened or unnecessarily dismantled, and should never be struck with a hammer.
After long-distance transportation, the machine must undergo a thorough inspection, checking for loose screws on all components and ensuring the lubricant is in good condition.
The original motive power is gasoline or diesel, both can be operated according to the specifications of the machine.
Before each use of the machine, check for any debris on the body and obstacles around that may affect normal operation. Also, inspect all transmission mechanisms. Only proceed with use once everything is in order.
After each use, the machine should be promptly cleaned of dust, oil, and other debris. All cleaning should be conducted after the machine has stopped running.
