The Difference Between Stainless Steel Pipe Products and Stainless Steel Decorative Pipes
Decorative pipes are primarily used for decorative purposes, such as stair railings or display props. They come in either glossy or matte (brushed) finishes, with a focus on surface appearance. They are generally焊接(welded) pipes, available in various materials including 202, 304, and AD304, depending on their intended use or customer specifications.
Product management encompasses a broad scope, with applications in mechanical fields, as well as for water and gas pipelines. It primarily focuses on material properties and mechanical performance, such as corrosion resistance, pressure resistance, tensile strength, and more. Materials are generally 304-grade or higher, but 202-grade materials can also be used based on specific requirements and applications.
Next, there are differences in processing capabilities. The finished pipes have excellent elongation properties, strong welding, and can be expanded, reduced, bent, or coned without cracking within the processing standards. Unqualified pipes cannot be called finished pipes, as they cannot be fully welded or over-welded, leading to deep processing issues, cracking, or weld indentation.
