JinGong Rotschi Blower Features:
1. Castings are produced using resin sand casting technology, ensuring high quality for the fan castings.
2. The impeller is designed strictly according to the involute theory and simulated on a computer. Multiple rotation balancing tests are conducted before installation to fully ensure the involute meshing characteristics, effectively reducing leakage and improving efficiency.
3. The cases and panels are precision-machined using high-accuracy digital coordinate boring machines, ensuring high precision and stable quality.
4. The inlet and outlet ports feature a spiral design with added mufflers, resulting in smooth pulsations, minimal vibration, and low noise.
5. Lube is achieved through splash lubrication from both the main and auxiliary fuel tanks, ensuring greater reliability in lubrication while also addressing many drawbacks of grease lubrication, effectively extending the service life of the bearings.
6. The sealed structure is reasonable, preventing oil and gas from entering the housing. Thus, the output air is clean and oil-free.
7. Bearings and V-belts are imported. The bearings are made by NSK of Japan, and the V-belts are manufactured in the USA.
8. The fan gears are made of 20CrMnTi steel, carbonitrided and precision ground to achieve a 5th grade accuracy. The gear surfaces are more wear-resistant, significantly reducing gear noise.
9. Standard motor is produced by a renowned motor company, offering stable and reliable quality.
10. All Roots blowers undergo a 48-hour trial run before shipment, ensuring they meet quality standards before dispatch.
After-sales Service: In the warranty period, if there are quality issues with the Roots blower, the company's repair personnel will arrive on-site within 48 hours to provide service. If the blower has major quality issues, a new blower can be exchanged.
