Due to its excellent spiral structure and the use of a muffler equipped with a silent air filter that matches the fan, the operational noise of the fan is significantly lower than in the past.

The rotor is a precision product that has been CNC machined. It has achieved complete dynamic balance during the manufacturing process, with no errors and minimal vibration.

1. Low noise. The intake and exhaust ports of the fan are in a spiral shape, allowing the intake and exhaust processes to sequentially cut in along the direction of the spiral, thus avoiding the pulsating noise and vibration that occur suddenly during the exhaust process of the old-style fan.沼气输送用Roots BlowerEmployed a noise-dampening composite muffler to further reduce noise levels.

2. High thermal and volumetric efficiency, thus energy-saving. The Roots blower rotors use advanced composite curves for more rational meshing and increased volumetric efficiency.
4. Low vibration. Despite the rotor being precision-machined and already in a balanced state, it is still balanced using high-precision dynamic balancing equipment. Therefore, the fan operates with almost no vibration.
5. Utilizing high-precision, high-hardness synchronous gears, not only does it extend the lifespan of the fan, but also effectively reduces noise.
6. This series of fans utilizes imported bearings from Japan or Germany, as well as imported rubber belts from South Korea or Taiwan, ensuring higher product reliability.
7. Exhaust air is clean, free of any oil or dust. The rotor blower features a reasonable sealing structure, preventing oil from entering the housing, thereby ensuring clean air.
