Product Description

The耙式真空干燥机 is a reinforced and improved design based on traditional equipment, specifically for materials like pastes, creams, granules, powders, and fibers. It features a drive section equipped with a stable and durable cylindrical gear reducer, and the driving shaft is made of a thicker solid shaft to ensure stable operation in harsh working conditions.

Screw vacuum dryers are particularly suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials, materials prone to oxidation at high temperatures, materials that tend to clog during drying, and materials where the emitted steam during drying needs to be recovered. After drying, the material is in a powdered form, making it ideal for materials that are finished as powder, as it can be packaged directly without the need for crushing.

The耙式真空干燥机employs a large surface area sandwich heating method, featuring a large heat transfer area and high thermal efficiency. The machine is equipped with agitation, enabling smooth drying of paste, cream, and paste-like materials. This ensures continuous circulation of the material inside the drum, further enhancing the uniformity of material heating.
