Large Powder Blender - Product Overview

Large Powder Mixing Machine primarily consists of three main parts: the drum, the swing frame, and the machine frame. The drum is mounted on the swing frame, supported by four roller wheels and axially positioned by two locking wheels. Among the four support roller wheels, two drive wheels are driven by the rotating power system to rotate the drum. The swing frame is driven by a set of crank rocker mechanisms, which are mounted on the machine frame. The swing frame is supported on the machine frame by a bearing assembly. The Large Powder Mixing Machine is widely used in industries such as chemicals, food, dyes, feed, and fertilizers, particularly suitable for mixing large tonnage (1000L～10000L) of various powdered and granular materials.

Features of Large Powder Mixing Equipment
The drum of the large powder mixer performs two motions simultaneously: one is the drum's self-rotation, and the other is the drum's swinging with the oscillating frame. As the mixed materials rotate, flip, and blend within the drum, they also undergo a back-and-forth mixing motion due to the drum's swinging. With the combined effect of these two movements, the materials are fully mixed in a short period. The discharge of the mixing drum features spiral blades, enabling the mixer to mix quickly, handle large volumes, and produce conveniently. The EYH two-dimensional mixer is suitable for mixing all types of powdered and granular materials. This equipment, after our technical improvements, uses dual-armed transmission, which is more stable than single-armed transmission. The dual-armed transmission for large-tonnage mixing is particularly effective.
