With the rapid development of the power industry and the continuous expansion of power plant boiler units, 300-1000MW units will become the main units in the future. Before the installation or maintenance of thermal power generation units is completed and they are put into operation, in order to ensure the safe and economic operation of the units, steam blowing must be carried out to remove rust, slag, and other industrial debris from the internal piping of the superheater and reheater systems. To thoroughly clear the piping system, the blowing process may require dozens, even hundreds of passes, and can last for several days or longer.
During blowing, the powerful steam jet noise is a high-level aerodynamic noise caused by the high-speed airflow being ejected from the nozzle, impacting and shearing the surrounding static air, resulting in intense gas disturbances near the nozzle. The noise level can reach up to 130dB(A) or more. The larger the unit capacity, the greater the aerodynamic noise. The jet noise is a continuous, mid-to-high-frequency noise band, severely affecting the lives, work, and study of residents within an area of several square kilometers. Particularly, it poses serious harm to human physical and mental health. To eliminate the severe noise hazard caused by blowing, it is mandatory to install a blowing steam silencer at the end of the blowing pipe, a steam pipeline blowing silencer.
Internally treated for acoustics, this device effectively reduces the generation and transmission of noise, serving as an efficient noise reduction solution for the severe noise hazard caused by the blowdown pipes of the above-mentioned equipment. The existing steam silencers and steam pipeline blowdown silencers have low noise reduction capacity, failing to achieve effective noise reduction. Additionally, the source of the noise is vibration, indicating a very strong vibration. Therefore, general noise reduction equipment is prone to damage and has a low usage rate. The various types of blowdown pipes are not compatible.
To address the existing issues with steam silencers, such as low noise reduction, susceptibility to damage in harsh environments, short lifespan, and incompatibility, we propose a new steam silencer and steam pipeline blowing pipe silencer.
Technical Solution:
Steam muffler, shell for steam pipeline blow-off muffler, characterized by: in the steam muffler, shell for steam pipeline blow-off muffler, an inlet port is provided at the left end, which is connected to the steam muffler and the slag outlet at the bottom of the steam pipeline blow-off muffler through a pipe. The outer circumference of the pipe is a first-stage noise reduction device, and the right end of the pipe is a second-stage noise reduction device, which is a square box. Inside the second-stage noise reduction device, there is a perforated plate with glass fiber fabric and aluminum silicate sound-absorbing cotton. The right end of the second-stage noise reduction device is the exhaust port, opening upwards; the shell of the steam muffler and the steam pipeline blow-off muffler also has glass fiber fabric and aluminum silicate sound-absorbing cotton.
The perforated plate layers inside the secondary silencer range from 3 to 5 layers. The steam silencer features brackets at the bottom ends of the steam pipeline blowpipe silencer.
Installing Steam Pipeline Blowing Has Beneficial Effects:
1. High noise reduction, achieving up to 28dB to 40dB of noise reduction through secondary sound absorption; the exhaust outlet is upward-facing, ensuring its safety.
2. Can withstand intense impacts from various industrial debris while ensuring smooth discharge. Operates normally under harsh working conditions without affecting the steam flow through the blowing tube. Features a long service life and high utilization rate.
3. Easy installation, suitable for various blowing methods: stable pressure blowing, reduced pressure blowing, and oxygen-enriched blowing.
