Due to certain structural issues with the wind turbines, they generate noise during operation. However, this noise affects both the surrounding environment and the staff. Therefore, we need to install a silencer on the wind turbine to reduce the noise. What should be noted when installing the silencer? Below, we summarize the key points.
Common Installation Methods
Typically, noise suppressors for fans are installed vertically, requiring a bracket to be fixed at the top of the furnace. Afterward, they are simply焊接 in place. This method also incorporates a heat absorption device, primarily designed to absorb the heat from the exhaust gases emitted by the unit.
Other installation methods
In addition to the common vertical installation method, the fan muffler can also be installed horizontally or diagonally. All three installations are done by welding. However, if welding is not an option for the machine, the installation must be done next to the machine.
It is evident that there are several methods for installing noise reduction mufflers for fans, with the vertical installation being the most common. In reality, regardless of the installation method chosen, it is crucial to ensure the mechanical operation is normal before proceeding, taking into account our specific circumstances.
