Applications

Used for suction and discharge of liquid food products such as milk, wine, beer, fruit wine, juice, soda water, vinegar, and alcoholic beverages with an alcohol content not exceeding 96%. Suitable for use in food liquid tanker trucks, unloading areas, processing, and filling rooms, but not suitable for air compressor piping. Also suitable for mechanical fittings and material conveying for food and cosmetics. Not recommended for conveying fluids containing animal or vegetable fats and oils.

Product Advantages: Availability

The inner layer of HF is a smooth white food-grade EPDM rubber, compliant with FDA requirements and GB non-plasticizer standards, making it difficult for bacteria to adhere and reproduce. It is soft and easy to handle, accepting regular CIP cleaning or a high-temperature steam cleaning of 130℃ for 30 minutes. The outer rubber is resistant to aging and wear.
