On March 23rd, to better assist new employees in understanding the company's development and culture, adapting to the new work environment, and quickly integrating into their roles, President Su Qingzhu of Derun Hou Tian Group conducted a training session for the new employees who joined in 2022. The topic was the company's culture and values, with over 40 new hires participating in the session, both online and offline.

At the training session, new employees sequentially made brief self-introductions. Su General Manager welcomed everyone to the DeRun HouTian family and hoped that through this training, they would embrace the company's corporate culture, align with the company's values, and become like-minded colleagues, working together to strive for the DeRun cause.

Su General Manager explained, "The word 'De Run' comes from the 'Da Xue' (The Great Learning): 'Wealth enriches the house, virtue enriches the person; with a broad heart, one is physically strong. Thus, a gentleman must be sincere in his intentions.' De Run Tian's corporate philosophy is to prioritize environmental care and virtue. He then elaborated on the business philosophy of 'Quality is life, honesty is gold, and people are everything,' emphasizing De Run Tian's commitment to quality, treasuring honesty, cherishing employees, and recognizing that people are the essence of everything. De Run Tian has always fostered a work atmosphere of 'simple, sunny, and positive energy,' hoping new colleagues will integrate quickly; and he advocates for everyone to read more, learn more, enhance work execution, think with both mind and heart, and be adept at contemplation.

During the training session, everyone attentively listened and took notes, gaining a deeper understanding and insight into the company culture.
