Spot Welding Machine Overview
1. The housing is made of steel plate bending and welding, ensuring the required rigidity during welding. The cylinder guide seat is made of nodular cast iron, offering good wear resistance and sliding properties. The dual-chamber structure facilitates quick and gas-saving adjustment of electrode distance. Some pneumatic components are imported for durability and fast response. The transformer is vacuum impregnated with epoxy resin, providing high insulation and good heat dissipation with low noise and high output power. The secondary output is made with custom copper tubes and silver-based welding wire, and is further cooled with water.
2. The system employs digital control for welding time and current, with adjustable infinite settings (by frequency). It can store multiple welding specifications for user access. It features fault diagnosis, automatic protection, and a single-chip microcontroller. The main control unit boasts a simple circuitry and high integration, with a low failure rate and strong anti-interference capability. It offers constant current or constant voltage function to ensure consistent welding quality.
