I. Operation Instructions
1. Connect the air compressor to the corresponding machine and plug in the power supply.
2. There is a switch on top of the air compressor; simply turn it on.
3. Once the pressure gauge reaches 90, open the air valve inside the compressor to start the operation.

II. Safety Precautions
1. Place the air compressor away from steam, gases, and dusty areas; the intake pipe should be equipped with a filter.
2. Keep the exterior of the storage tank clean; welding or hot work is prohibited near the gas storage tank.
3. Operators should receive specialized training and have a thorough understanding of the air compressor and auxiliary equipment.
4. Operators must wear appropriate work attire. It is strictly forbidden to work under the influence of alcohol and to leave the work station without permission.
5. The gas storage tank should undergo a hydrostatic test once a year, with the test pressure being 1.5 times the working pressure. Regular inspections and replacement of the pressure gauge and safety valve are required.
6. Clean the radiator only after the machine is turned off, and perform maintenance such as cleaning and tightening.
7. When shutting down the air compressor, gradually open the exhaust valve of the storage tank to slowly reduce pressure, decrease the diesel engine speed accordingly, and run the compressor at low speed without load for 5 to 10 seconds.
8. After the diesel engine starts, it must be heated at low, medium, and rated speeds. The air compressor should increase the load gradually to start and only operate at full load after all components are normal.
9. During the operation of the air compressor, monitor the gauge readings and immediately stop the machine for inspection if any anomalies are detected. Open the intermediate cooler and condensate and water drain valves of the storage tank once or twice every 2 to 4 hours.
