YNDDJ-96-3 Motor Protector

The intelligent motor protector features a new DSP digital processing core and 24-bit high-precision AD sampling, offering strong anti-interference capabilities, high sampling accuracy, accurate alarm/fault judgment, stable and reliable operation, compact size, Chinese menu, ease of operation, and networking advantages. It is equipped with various protection functions required for general AC motors, power failure self-startup functionality, and direct startup control. During normal operation, the LCD Chinese LCD display screen clearly and intuitively indicates the motor's operating status, working current, and voltage. After an alarm or fault protection action, the display interface automatically illuminates the backlight and displays the alarm/fault information, facilitating maintenance personnel in identifying the cause of the incident and enabling quick equipment inspection and maintenance. The product features an RS485 remote communication interface and a DC 4-20mA analog output, making it convenient to integrate with networks systems such as PCL and DCS for remote monitoring of motor operation.

In non-pure protection mode, features direct start control functionality, with options for pulse control start and level control start.

Current and voltage measurement accuracy is 1 class, the range covers the motor starting current range and has good linearity.

Motor protection grade is 5, meets national relay protection requirements, ensures reliable operation, no false tripping, and no failure to trip.

Zero-sequence current sampling three-phase current vector algorithm; ground fault detection without external zero-sequence current transformer.

Combines multiple functions into one, featuring an ammeter, voltmeter, thermal relay, and timer relay.

DC 4-20mA analog output, capable of setting corresponding three-phase motor current, zero-sequence current, and three-phase line voltage.

Equipped with RS485 communication interface and compliant with the Modbus-RTU slave protocol for sampling standards, it facilitates connection with automated control systems.
