Cooling converter

Cooling converter, slag cooler equipment – essentially a high-temperature heat exchanger, designed to cool large volumes of carbon or slag to a specific temperature within a certain time frame, requiring a sufficient heat exchange area. The heat exchange area is positively correlated with the heat exchange capacity. The larger the cross-sectional area for slag flow, the more slag can be discharged per hour. The cross-sectional area for slag flow is positively correlated with the slag flow capacity. Under certain conditions of cylinder diameter and length, maximizing the slag flow cross-sectional area is beneficial for both enhancing slag discharge capacity and heat exchange area. This system is primarily composed of major components such as drums, feeding and discharge ports, driving units, and a water-cooling system. It achieves indirect cooling and temperature reduction through the cooling water system, which removes the material's temperature by continuously circulating water.
