1. Product Inventory: Upon delivery, our staff will receive the products to be stored from the customer and transport them to a warehouse in a specific region or to warehouses across various areas of the country. Our staff will then register and confirm the product information, entering it into our warehouse management system. Should any damage or discrepancies in quantity be found during the counting process, we will promptly communicate with the customer and address the issue immediately.
2. Product Shipment: The Dalong Logistics staff places the counted products in different storage spaces according to their types, and uses our independently developed WMS warehouse management system to record goods information, ensuring intelligent monitoring of product data.
3. System Integration: Integrate the DuLong Logistics' internal WMS management and TMS transportation systems with the systems used by our clients, ensuring real-time access to product inventory and storage environment information for our clients.
4. Order Processing and Product Sorting: Upon receiving the customer's order information through the system, Duolong Logistics locates the corresponding goods information via the system and stores them uniformly in a designated sorting area, ready for the next steps.
5. Packaging Labeling: In the sorting area, staff will package the sorted products according to customer requirements using various methods. Once packaged, they will affix the corresponding courier tracking numbers to the parcels, and then wait for further processing.
6. Second Inspection and Delivery: Dulong Logistics' second inspection team will check the logistics tracking number, packaging, etc., complete the weight verification, record the information, and then store the goods in the dispatch area for collection by the logistics company; During the collection process, Dulong Logistics staff will conduct a second verification with the transportation personnel, confirming the delivery address and the integrity of the packaging, and upon confirmation, they will sign off on the goods acceptance.
7.
