3. High incidence: Issues such as cracking, corrosion, delamination, or acid leakage have arisen. Building chimney anti-corrosion measures include household foam glass bricks, glass flake, 0M paint, acid-resistant mortar, acid-resistant mortar linings, and acid-resistant brick inner buckets. The steel inner cylinder was found to have foam glass bricks falling off and severe corrosion. Therefore, if certain anti-corrosion issues with desulfurization chimneys are discovered, it could impact the operation of the unit, and even threaten the safety of the chimney.

5. Some anti-corrosion materials, after desulfurization, fail to meet the requirements of flue gas environment. Currently, a variety of anti-corrosion products are used in desulfurization chimneys. Research and development, application, evaluation, and result certification of anti-corrosion products are conducted in many institutions. The mixing of fish-eye balls is inevitable, which can lead to quality issues with anti-corrosion products.
