The Stator Copper Separating Machine, also known as the Stator Cutting and Separating Machine, Copper Chiseling Machine, and Copper Pulling Machine, is a new stator winding disconnection machine developed by our company. It is suitable for the disassembly of motor windings in appliances such as washing machines, electric fans, and electric tricycles. The machine boasts fast cutting speed, high disconnection efficiency, small footprint, and stable performance. It significantly enhances the efficiency of stator maintenance and copper-iron separation tasks. The equipment is mainly composed of a hydraulic pump, hydraulic control system, cutting cylinder components, pulling cylinder components, and an electrical control system, and can efficiently disassemble both 8-slot and 12-slot stators.
