RoadSealant for cracksIntroduction: Road crack filling adhesive, also known as road sealing adhesive or road joint filler. Primarily used for repairing road cracks. The infusion process is simple, with fast curing and high bonding strength after curing, excellent flexibility. It can withstand cracking at low temperatures down to -30°C and maintains stability at high temperatures up to 70°C. It has good resistance to acids and alkalis, waterproof, oilproof, and dustproof, and can withstand humid heat and atmospheric aging. It exhibits excellent tensile, compressive, and bonding strength.Sealant for jointsOur production strictly adheres to industry standards! During the production process, the SBS in asphalt undergoes changes through three stages: swelling, shearing, and development. As the temperature rises during processing, the swelling rate significantly accelerates, with the density of the SBS swelling components concentrated between 0.97 and 1.01 g/cm³, close to the density of the aromatic fraction.
Next, the asphalt and SBS are sheared and ground multiple times to achieve uniform blending and high dispersion. Subsequently, they are transferred to the maturation tank, where the temperature is maintained between 170-190°C. During this process, a measured amount of stabilizer, antioxidant, and abrasion-resistant agent is added to ensure stability.Sealant for pavement jointsExtended service life. According to the land area of our country and the varying climates across regions, as well as the temperature during use, it is reasonably divided into four types: 0℃ Type, -10℃ Type, -20℃ Type, and -30℃ Type. Customers can make their selection. Grooving: Adjust the width and depth of the groove according to maintenance design requirements, and track along the irregular cracks on the road surface to create uniform grooves. At least 3 millimeters of the sides of the cracks should be removed to expose the new bonding surface. When the surface layer of the asphalt road does not have enough strength to withstand the cutting impact force of the grooving machine, it is not advisable to perform the grooving treatment and should proceed directly to the next step. Blowing: Use a high-pressure dust blower to clean the road surface after grooving, ensuring there is no dust, sand, or residual material. After inspection, proceed to the next process.
