Low-temperature joint sealant is thick with some fluidity; it can cure at low or normal temperatures with a quick curing speed. After curing, it offers high bonding strength and good hardness, along with some flexibility. It has excellent resistance to acids and alkalis, moisture and water, oil, and dust, and is resistant to humidity and atmospheric aging. It boasts good tensile, compressive, and bonding strength. The joint sealant is used for large deformation active cracks, such as in bridges, buildings, water conservancy, and road projects for concrete fine cracks (0.2-2mm wide) by injecting and repairing; reinforcing injection repair for defects like honeycombing and looseness within concrete; for micro-cracks narrower than 0.2mm, only use sealing gel for surface closure; for cracks where double-sided sealing is not allowed due to construction conditions, use the expanded crack-sealing method. The basic operation process of the joint sealant includes: marking cracks, surface treatment, embedding injection nozzles, sealing with sealing gel, sealing inspection, preparing joint sealant, low-pressure low-speed injection, curing, and inspection.

Important Safety Precautions for Sealant Use: Store this product in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from fire sources. Do not invert, expose to direct sunlight, or rain, and avoid contact with sharp objects. Wear protective gloves before using the product. If it accidentally gets on your skin, clean with acetone or alcohol. If it gets into your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention immediately. Keep dry and avoid application in damp conditions. Pre-treat the concrete surface before mixing the adhesive. Mix the adhesive in the correct proportions and ensure thorough mixing. Use the adhesive within the shelf life, approximately 60 minutes at 25°C. Avoid disturbing the components during curing and only proceed with treatment and construction after full curing.
