2. Current Condition Survey of Residential Properties

The primary inspection involves assessing the severity of damage to the exterior of various building components, such as beams, slabs, columns, and filled walls, including surface peeling, cracking (or spalling), color change, deflection, and melting.

Due to the damage to the concrete surface from overheating and factors such as accuracy, the core drilling method is used for concrete strength testing.

4. Component cross-sectional dimensions and reinforcement configuration inspection

In accordance with GB50204-2002 standards and relevant design drawings, the main concrete structural components of the building were sampled for cross-sectional dimension and reinforcement configuration inspection and verification. The reinforcement configuration inspection primarily includes the quantity of main reinforcement bars, spacing of stirrup configuration, and thickness of the protective layer, with selected samples undergoing reinforcement diameter verification.

5. House Tilting and Uneven Settlement Detection

To ensure the structural integrity and foundation conditions of the building, an theodolite was used to detect the tilt tendency of the building. Inspections were conducted on the building's outer corners and other critical areas. Verticality checks were also performed on some internal components. Overall, observations were made on points at the same relative elevation for assessing uneven settlement. A comprehensive analysis of the building's overall tilt and uneven settlement was conducted based on these inspections. A survey of the upper structure's damage conditions was conducted to observe any significant deformation or cracking in the main structure, reflecting potential uneven settlement trends in the lower foundation.
