Kindergarten Seismic Appraisal: Determine if the design and quality of kindergarten buildings meet the "Civil Building Reliability Appraisal Standards," "Building Seismic Appraisal Standards," and relevant seismic design specifications, based on the basic intensity of earthquakes published by the earthquake department for the region. 3. Kindergarten Flood Resistance and Impact Appraisal: Assess if the design and quality of kindergarten buildings meet the "Flood Control Standards" and "Civil Building Reliability Appraisal Standards" based on the flood control conditions published by the water resources department for the region. 4. Kindergarten Wind Resistance Calculation: Determine if the quality of kindergarten buildings meets the requirements for wind pressure resistance and the "Civil Building Reliability Appraisal Standards" based on the typhoon conditions published by the meteorological department for the region. 5. Other Appraisals: Determine if the standards and requirements of the national and provincial regulations are met. In daily building maintenance, schools should conduct regular safety inspections based on the design service life, usage time, and usage conditions of buildings such as teaching buildings, comprehensive buildings, and dormitories. When safety hazards in these buildings are discovered, schools should promptly entrust building safety appraisal institutions to conduct safety assessments.

(4) Measurement of settlement and inclination of main structural components.
