Industrial factory buildings often have unique usage requirements. When production equipment operates normally within the building, if the vibration generated is similar to the natural vibration of the building structure, resonance can occur, commonly referred to as "resonance at the same frequency." If the building is subjected to such vibrations over a long period, its concrete structure may experience creep, affecting the durability of the concrete and potentially leading to structural issues. Therefore, monitoring the vibration of industrial factory buildings is akin to using a stethoscope to check the "pulse" of the building, serving as a diagnostic tool. By identifying the correct solution, we can ensure that the vibration does not adversely affect the building's structure.

After the steel structure factory building is completed, there is an important process: the inspection of the steel structure factory. Only steel structure factories that pass the inspection can obtain the property certificate and production license. So, what aspects need to be inspected for the steel structure factory?

1. Gather relevant construction documents, including geological and geotechnical investigation reports, design drawings, construction logs, and quality certificates for various materials.

2. In accordance with the requirements of the "Technical Standard for Building Structure Detection" (GB/T50344—2004), mechanical properties of steel are tested.

3. In accordance with the requirements of the "Technical Standard for Structural Testing of Buildings" (GB/T50344—2004), we conducted tests on the compressive strength of concrete and measured the depth of carbonation in representative areas.

In accordance with the requirements of the "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structures" (GB 50205-2001) and considering the actual conditions of the testing site, ultrasonic thickness gauges are used to inspect the steel thickness.

5. In accordance with the requirements of the "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structures" (GB 50205-2001) and considering the actual conditions of the testing site, the quality of steel frame welds is inspected manually for all required full penetration first and second-class welds, and the surface of the welds is checked for defects such as blowholes, slag inclusions, arc pit cracks, etc.
